Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am wondering what you all think as to the enforcability of this as it stands, Page one appears to be just my application although it does make reference to conditions overleaf.
The second scan seems to contain all the prescribed terms but as far as I can see has nothing to directly link it to the first scan. The document also states the following "These are some of the legal conditions for our cards. The full terms and conditions are set out in the section Lloyds TSB.. credit card terms and conditions" which do'nt seem to appear on the document.
Is it acceptable for them not to supply ALL the T&C's?
