i am just in the process of filling in my EggPOC and was wondering if there was a reason why they had changed,iused the old ones succesfully and was quite comfortable with the wordin if i ended up in court,can i still use the old ones or would people advise the new ones?
We advise the new ones because they use the actual T&Cs appropriate to Egg. THey were all drawn up by a QC, too.

I think the POC has the relevant bits of the T&Cs in it. You will only need the full T&Cs for the court bundle (If you ever need to do one)

im having a thick moment,im just filling in the POC,do i included the bit at the bottom of the poc in the library that says terms and conditions or just the poc?
you include them as they are the bits relevant to what's in the POC

the claimant has a credit card with th defendant since......
the defendant has debited charges ie..late payment,overlimit fees,in penalty charges.the claimant contends that these charges were legally unenforceable,and the claimant is demanding the repayment of this money....
Also include the list in "therefore the claimant claims" from the main POC -
i) return of charges amounting to £xxx.... plus interest levie thereon
ii) compound interest at... OR interest at 8% under s69 of te County Courts Act 1984
iii) court costs
or whatever you have in that part

where the value is the sum of charges plus interest up to the date of the claim and not including court costs
