Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
If I say to you "have you heard of such a thing" and you answer No, but I then show you a picture of the same thing and you answer yes....
What is that called? I know its pictoral recognition or something, btu I need to have a term or at least somewhere that I can reference that this happens!

Hmmm no (well it might be but its not relevant to me). I think its just a method of recall. People are more likely to respond or remember a picture than a word.
What I've done is asked people if they recognise the name of a company and asking if they recognise the company's logo. There's a large disparity between answers which I need to explain but can't (except for people hearing of the company by word of mouth and not seeing the logo)
