I have just had one of those mail shots offering "half price broadband",I noticed that the "medium size",that I am on is down as £9.00 per month,yet on checking my bill it is showing that I am being actually charged £18.00 per month,That is actually £2.00 per month more than the large size on this mail shot which is down as £16.00 per month if it has changed from £18.00 to £9.00 anyone know when the change was madefrom £18 to £9 was it only done recently or months ago, as I need to find out how long they have been overcharging me. I need to have some facts before I complain.
