Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
As an experienced member i thought you would have more faith than that Andrew1!!
As a person who has learned to sift through the small print to find the devil in the detail my initial thoughts were the most shocking. Having met both Dave and Marc I tried to understand the rational behind selling it to a consortium of banks, and as I do with all situations, I put myself (my mind) into the banks shoes and tried to understand what possible benefits having a forum like this one might do for them - head was like scrambled Egg trying to figure out the logic. Maybe I don't go into the Bear Garden enough to know what mischievous beggars you lot are  I'm full of mischief myself, but I like taking it out on the finance companies and the banks - not my mates!

It doesn't really require all THAT much thought, andrew. Dave and Marc have $$$$$$$ to gain, and can you imagine how much money the banks could make by selling our members IVA's and PPI?
