ok me and my partner bought a car less than a week ago signed all the papers for the finance ect, got a phone call of the car dealership saying the finance papers we have signed are for the wrong car registration, so they want us to go down and sign new papers for the right car, we have decided (as most do) that we dont really want the car, and the finance is stupidly high, we put down £500 deposit to the finance company, they called this morning (i was half asleep) and i asked them about pulling out they said it was too late we had already signed the papers, but they know we signed the wrong papers, anyway as i was half asleep i didnt argue, does anybody know where i stand on returning the car and getting the £500 back?, does anybody know the number for cygnat finance? they dont seemed to have given us one
