    Default Ricky Vs HSBC

    Right here we go!!

I am on a plan with the CCCS but I have decided to try to claim back the charges on various accounts I have held in the past. I think the main one will be HSBCicon. I'm in the process of doing the initial letter asking for statements and charges.

I also had a credit card with HSBC, the question I have is can this be dealt with under one Subject access requesticon or do I need to do one for the card and one for the account. Obviously I would prefer to only give them £10 instead of £20.

I have tried to read around the site as much as I can so hope I'm not asking a silly question.

I look forward to keeping you all up to date on my new challenge.
