Hi All
Sorry for being thick! I can't seem to get any decent laymans term info on the outcome of the test case in Jan 08
Can anyone fill me in, my original claim direct to Halifax from Aug07 was put on hold so i thought i'd sit it out and wait for the all clear before following it up.

Sorry to invade as i'm sure this question has been asked a million times already!!! I had a claim with the Halifax that I got as far as the prelim letter before they sent me a letter to say due to the test case they would put it on file and get back to me when the outcome of the case has been decided, should I continue with the claim and court proceedings regardless and let the court stay my claim?? or should I sit back and wait??
8. The test case hearing has finished, so what happens now? We are anticipating that judgment will be handed down by the end of July, although we have no firm information about this.
