My PPI

for a loan with GE MONEY was sold by the INDEPENDENT FINANCE CORP - Who should I claim against?

You should claim from the people who sold you the policy as they are the ones responsible for selling correctly or not.

Hello pc23,

As freakyleaky has stated you go after the company who mis-sold you the ppi.

These sales are commission based, if they sell it the lender pays commission.

So there is the incentive.

If you read through the stickies there is a case of precendent regarding this.

Maybe send the independent finance corp a SAR icon
