Hi I have had my toyota car for nearly 2 years, the car has suffered from a number of faults and been very patient with them, but the major fault was a water leak that leaves a puddle of water in the passenger footwell durring heavy rain. The fault has previously been looked at by the toyota garage 4-5 times with 3 water tests and three fixes !! but the water remains to be getting in, in the same place. I have now confronted my garage regarding this and have said that we are not happy with the service and wish to have the car replaced and no cost or refunded.
Where do I stand as toyota has applied manufacturing fixes to the car , so they know of these water leaks? but is continues to leak. The garage would buy the car back but at only todays prices !!! surely they can not do this
