Default Parking [problem]s to be aware of

Traffic [problem]s to be aware of:

    1. When calling local authorities in regards to a pcnicon staff are known to give incorrect information including sometimes telling motorists to pay the fine and then appeal knowing that once you pay the fine you cannot legally appeal.

    2. Signs are known to be fixed too high for motorists to read or even know that they exist!

    3. Removing “Out-of-Order” signs to parking meters that allow motorists to park free.

    4. Failing to repaint barely visible yellow lines and then issuing PCNs to motorists who cannot see the lines.

    5. Parking attendant Incorrectly Issuing PCNs to vehicles before time on the meter has expired.

    6. Parking attendants confirming to a driver that it's "okay to park here", only for the driver to returns to find a PCN has been issued.

    7. Failing to display new parking signs with new times by hiding them behind old out-of-date signs, then issuing PCNs.

    8. Local authorities failing to replace or repair signs with no lettering.

    9. Parking attendants failing to report parking meters that are not recording the correct time, and then issuing PCN to vehicles parked there.

    10. Issuing PCNs to vehicles that appear to be loading and unloading
