    Wink OFT v BANKS

Hello fellow fighters for justice and salad cream
Does anyone have any idea when the OFT v Fecking Banks court case, might be completed, I have had a stay put on my claim, very annoying.
Is there anyone getting their claim heard in court at the moment or is the whole court system on hold until the outcome of the OFT case.

Think you can persuasively argue to get credit card claims to go ahead.

Its another matter with bank penalty charges, especially if they are dealing with anything relating to overdrafticon charges.
