you have to learn the first rule of reclaiming your ppi, is that you do not believe a word that the tell you:grin: They will state anything to throw you of your track. Where are you up to with this, have you sent them a SAR

Sent to request refund of PPI bout 6 months ago thats when they said I took loan out online so there was no mis selling, so I thought they were right and it was my mistake.
Have sent a S.A.R - (Subject access request) to them because at present I am also in dispute with credit agreement, sent and asked for CCA but they wouldnt sent me original T&C stating that cuttent ones were ok but my agreement has higher conditions mentioned than they have on current ones ( only 15 T&C now agreement 21 & 22 personal infor ) SAR sent on 18/02/08.
