    Default Shoe Tailor Ppi

I wish to take Shoetailor to court for PPIicon misselling and I am not sure how to work out the interesticon charged on the PPI from the SARicon I can see that they have taken 660.85 in payments but do not have all statements to work this out it my account started in 1999 and i cancelled in 2003 as I could no longer afford it.

Is there a way I can work it out by X the amount to work out the interest?

Do I charge 8% or 39.6% their rate?

    PLEASE HELP!

    Hello me pretty,

Can you post up what it says on your credit agreement,

    amount borrowed
    ppi premium
    Total charge for credit]
    Ok interest at 39.6%
    Monthy payments
how many months/years the loan ran for.

How much rebate of the ppi did you get when you cancelled it in 2003

Hi, I so not have a credit Agreement the payments were for a Peace of
Mind Plan that was mis-soldicon to me over the phone I thought that I would somehow benefit from it if I could not make payments towards my balance after I fell into difficulties I was cancelled it. The payments were just added to the account I don't know how shoe tailor worked it out but I would just pay amount that I would have to pay on my catalogue payments each month. I did not receive any info about the plan until I started asking them to return the funds which they deny mis-selling after they sent me a POMP script that they said would have been used back in 1999. I did not know what it was until I received my S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) and the statements do not go back to 1999 so I can make a list of the payments on the spreadsheet but it states 660.68 was paid.
