    Question WEGAEVCA vs Egg

    Hi All,

    Could someone help....

I am one of the people who have had their account with Eggicon closed. I have just received my statements through and now going to send off my first letter, however I need to clarify a point...

If I was successful and get the full amount of my claim back, I would still owe Egg a substantial amount of money. Would they demand this back straight away or would I be able to continue payment a set amount each month.

    Please advise...

    Hi, WEGAEVCA.

When I won my claim against Cap 1, they deducted the charges I claimed from the debt I was due them. I think it's difficult to get them to send the payment to you. Its more than likely they would do the same with you and let you make payments to reduce and finally pay off the remainder of the debt.

    Regards.

    Scott.

    Ok Thanks.

So I would then just pay a set amount each month until it's paid off. That's great, thank you.

I sent off my prelim letter and got a response back from Eggicon that more or less said that they would not refund me the money...

What is the next step? The letter before actionicon (although they have responded) or so I put my claim in at court?

    Thanks
