    Hello pc23,

I am not sure about this as I have already recovered bank charges.

I would guess that as there is currently a hold on bank charge claiming but not on PPIicon it may be worthwhile splitting them as the subject matter on each of these i.e. bank charges and PPI will vary. I would try and pm a moderator to get guidance.
    Good luck.

Thanks for the advice, that was my concern, but it's charges on a second-charge secured loan - not a bank account?

    Hello pc23,

I am no expert on the Court side of things yet.

Perhaps PM a mod to ask. However I would reckon if you can list them both on one claim it will save you the extra cash in costs for two claims. But depending on the amounts involved which I don't know, you may exceed the amount allowed for a small claims Court. I believe this is £5K in England.

Not sure how you would do the POCicon though.

    Good luck with it anyway:grin:
