I don't know if there is anyone can advise please.
The company I work for delivers all over London - and one of the problems (or the main problem) is the issue of parking tickets , which I find we have too write away and appeal against.
This particular problem is that one of our branches is on a busy jusction and has been snapped by a camera (or filmed as they say) parked outside on a red route. Infact they had stopped awaiting the red lights on the busy junction to turn red before reversing into our car park.
When I wrote away , I asked if they doubted me to provide not just photograph evidence but film so we could see how long the van was parked for.
Nothing...
Today we recieve a charge certificate , I then call , and was told various letters including a rejection to our appeal had been sent.
Now if we were in the wrong fine , we would accept - but having a camera pointing right at our entrance to the car park is .. well annoying.
These people think that they can dictate and that there word is final!
Sorry for the rant - is there any experts out there?
