Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
For the last 2 to 3 years I have been at the limit ( I know I am silly) and apart from paying the interest I noticed that I was paying a further sum equating to 30 pounds per month.
I recently queried this and told it was PPI.
I dont recall ever agreeing to this especially since when I took it out , I was doing supply teaching work and it wouldnt have applied to me!!!
Could I have a claim?
If so, would I have to order past bank statements and trawl through them or should customer services help?
Thank you
