Where to issue
Can any one help me with RBS. I want to take them through the Small Claims Court. The final letter from them requests that if I am going to serve proceedings, then this should be on their Edinburgh address. The branch is in England. My local court says it can be complex serving the papers in Scotland and I can't use moneyclaim to do this. Anyone have any experience of this. Thanks.
