    Default Revised OFT Q & A's

    We have been notified that an updated version of the OFT's Questions and Answers for its work on Personal Current Accounts has been posted.

    These are available on the OFT website at:

    I have also linked a copy for ease of reference. They have also now published Schedules A and B to their Particulars of Claim and these can be found with the other published test case documents in the UTCCRs investigation and test case area of their site.

    The OFT are eager to hear any feedback about the Q & A's, and we will be happy to forward any comments that are posted in this thread.
