    Default Black Horse Loan

    Hi guy's, great forum!!......Just a quick question. Is there a time limit on when you can claim from? does the loan have to be active or can you claim for loan paid off a couple of years ago?

    You can still claim for the loan is you believe it was mis-soldicon to you.
