I S.A.R - (Subject access request)'d RBoS (Mint) and CRA'd Intrum Justicia and have heard nothing from either. Proof of receipt exists and both are now past thier deadlines for reply.
I was driven mad by Triton / Intrum and was pestered relentlessly. As soon as I sent the requests in I haven't heard a squeak!
It's over 40 days for both now and I've read loads of stuff on CAG but confused my self over what's next!.
Can a wise one just simply tell me the best course of action now please

You need to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office for RBOS....they are obliged to provide your information 40 days from when they received it. They must NOT ignore your request....
