I went bankcrupt last month. I have all my bank statements for the last 6 years which charges amount up to £1667. I went bancrupt with £216 against the Halifax (this was only one of my depts!) can I still take them on. If I do will the money go to the bankcrupcy adminisrator, or will the bank say "$%^£$" off!!!
Yes you can claim your charges back, and yes, they will probably go to the administrator.
If you go ahead, start a new thread in the approipriate bank forum.
