Renault poor service -
Hi There
Just wanted to say that my other half has had a problem with Renault and they are refusing to resolve it saying it is up to him to pay for it. The from air vent is cracked and we found this out when the car was being cleaned the person said that it was a fault and renault should sort it out, they had said no, no, no, nothing to do with us. It would be impossible for someone to do it unless they were a midget and got under the car.
Any advice
