Hi all this is my first time posting here and just wanted a bit of advice on a private parking charge i have recieved from a company called UK P.A.O Ltd while i was in leeds city center. I walked of site on a particular car park and on returning i got a ticket. I only noticed the boards when i came back to my car. The contract states that you must stay on premises and go no where else.
I have not contacted them yet will anything happen if i dont pay? Or would it be more advisable to contend the charge?
yeah i wish they were there to lol. they havent tried the £3 a day BS as it has only been 7 days since i officially got the ticket. but reading the advice on here and on fightback i am gonna wait for them to come to me. i work for an IT company who manage part of the dvla IT systems so if they get my details i will ask them about getting my details and the dvla data protection rules and what can be done about it. worth a try any way, i aint giving them a penny.
