    Default Credit reference agencies

    Who or what regulates this lot?
    I find them all very rude and patronising & if you dare complain about incorrect info being on ur file then its a case of "well its not our problem" & you need to contact the company in question.
    I hate them all

    If you feel they are recording inaccuarte information, you could report them to the ICO.

    All help is merely my opinion only - please seek legal advice if you need to as I am only qualified in SEN law.
