Please can you help,
I have just received a statement from GE Money for a BHS account that has been opened for near on 5 years, I am shocked at the amount they are charging per month in Account Cover.
From memory - when the account was opened it was done in a BHS store and was done by an assistant operating the till. I have searched my records for the orginal paperwork but cannot find it.
I think that my first step would be to send a S.A.R with obligatory £10.00 asking for all the info,
But my question is am I entitled to ask for this money back over that period of time? I am lacking in knowledge in relation to these types of insurance on accounts and would really like to know if anyone has success in getting their money back and the steps taken to do it.![]()
