Franchises unregulated in the UK
It is absurd that the UK does not regulate the franchise area of commerce considering it is a mutli-million pound sector.
This is simply an invitation to con men (and women) to create franchise [problem]s like this one- www.franchise[problem]s.co.uk - Home.
Not only were franchisees duped but also suppliers to the franchisor and, it being a finance company, client's of the franchisees too.
It is a scandal that what is detailed on this website can be so easily done with no liability.
