Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi, I have sent both the preliminary claim and the letter before action by recorded delivery to A and L. I have heard absolutely nothing!!! Not a dickie bird. The claim was due in today(14 days ran out today) but i am having difficulty filling in the claim form as it doesnt like the post code of the service centre. I have emailed a query to claim site and am awaiting response. Is this other's experience of not hearing anything? When do they decide to break the silence?
Karen
