Just had a response from g e money saying that they were sorry that i was not happy with my account,and have asked for four weeks to look into my concerns over mis sold PPI, blah blah blah, i suppose this is thier first letter standard response.
Should i wait the four weeks or fire off another letter ?
yes they have this time in which to act on your complaint and try to resolve it .or in ge.s case tell you that you signed the agreement .t&c,s read blah blah we have done nothing wrong ,can use the fla.as hellhasnofury says complain to all oft ,fsa ,fos more complaints then maybe something will done against ge ,but don,t give up ,have a chat with local cab about making a small claim
