    Default missold warranties

I purchased a car from the dreaded yes car credit company and was told I had to pay for the warranty or no car,
returned car after 2 years but now being chased for remainder of warranty payment on a car I no longer own. does anyone think I may have a claim for missellingicon on this basis

    Hello Nblaen,

I am not an expert with Warranty, but it does sound like a insurance policy covering expense when your car goes wrong. But only certain elements (can tell I am a lady )

I would send the original creditors a SARicon to get all the information they hold on this account.

Do you have the original agreement that you signed.

    Who is chasing you

no have no original documentation and you are quite right it is an insurance policy whereby you paid and attempted unsuccesfully to claim it back, policy if I remember hardly covered anything and to have to continue paying it for a car I know longer own grates somewhat
people chasing have bought the debt and were calling my home up to 3 times a day have since told them not too

    Hello Nblaen,

Sent a full SARicon as soon as possible, you will find it in the PPIicon stickies, amend the letter to mention the warranty. Send them the £10 fee

If this company has bought the debt, you need to make sure that they have a legal right to pursue you for it.

Send letter N from this link to get a true copy of your credit agreement to see if they can legally pursue you.

Creditors and DCAs - Letter Templates & Budget Planner

again send this as soon as and watch the clock ticking

Remember to send everything recorded delivery and keep all copies
