I recently sent off letters to GE Money regarding PPI's that I had on a couple of secured loans (£25,000 and £50,000). I had paid the loans back within a year of taking them out and never claimed on them.
I have received a percentage rebate of the PPI paid ,from GE Money.
Am I still entitled to claim for the full amount of PPI paid even though I received a percentage?
NatWest Claimed £1,639. Accepted £1,344.
Natwest Paid me again as GOGW £1,656. Yes they can have it back if they say please.
Barclays 1 Claimed £1,260. Won by default. Paid in full
Barclays 2 Claimed £2,378. Won by default. Paid in full
Birmingham Midshires. Claimed £2,122. Accepted £2,075.
