I have just received today a letter from if.com saying that thye have changed their terms and conditions.
Mainly it says: (Paraphrased)
We have clarified the way in which services on your account are titled (services include overdrafts, debit cards and PINs)
We have also made clearer the section relating to charges for the above services, mainly charges we will apply for services like making/receiving payments etc.
