    Smile I'm on the road....

    Hi All

    I started the process of requesting information about my charges on th 7th June and on monday 26th I recieved 42 letters from the Halifaxicon 1 letter acknowledging my request and 41 copy bank statements for the last 6 yearsicon!!!
    So it cost the £8 to send them to me.
    I worked out that they have taken £1448 from me over the last 6 years I thought it would be a couple of hundred quid so I'd tell everyone to try it.
    I'm on to phase 2 so wish me luck. Thanks to this site and Martin Lewis for helping us to fight back!!
