Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Today I received a letter with a couple of lines stating they are looking into my charges claim and this investigation will take 6 - 7 WEEKS to resolve, although they will return quicker if they have the opportunity. This came from Edinburgh. The initial 14 days will be up shortly and I will follow your guidelines in issuing the 2nd letter giving them a further 14 days.
If anyone has any helpful addittional information I would appreciate this.
