I'm a newbie on ere having found the site today through moneysavingexpert.com. I'am about to start a claim against Natwest for unfair charges (probably 1,500 to 2000 pounds over the last five years) however in the past the bank has waived a few charges when i've called and queried them.....if they can waive one why not all....will this action of waiving previous charges affect my claim??
