EGG- Is this enforceable?

Hi,

I CCA'ed Egg icon

and this was their response. Does this look enforaceable? They just canceled my card even though I have been paying, never missed a payment and so forth and would really like to stop paying them!

All the prescribed terms are present, so enforceable.
I have found that most Egg icon

agreements are indeed compliant.

'Fraid not, but I do believe that they are open to repayment plans and aren't asking for the entire balance in one payment.

Very good information indeed. Luckily this is one that hasn't caused any problems so not too terribly worried about it.

when did you cca them?

how long did it take them to respond?

We CCA'ed them on the 12/11/07 and they responded less than 2 weeks later.

If they cancelled your card like the other 160,000 customers there may be some info on thebelow forum (Scroll through the last pages) about changing the credit agreement to a fixed.
