i have got the S.A.R - (Subject access request) ready and i would like to know if i make the cheque out to the Bank of Scotland. sounds silly i know, but i do not want my request held up on a technicality.
this credit card account has been closed for several years now, but if you can claim back charges for at least 6 years, i should get something. however i am still not completely sure that i am doing the right thing as i defaulted on this account oweing £10,000.00 and eventually settled it partially for £3,000.00
perhaps i will hold fire until an expert casts his/her view.
