Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi firstly sorry if this has been comprehensively covered elsewhere.
My husband took out a loan for £2000 in Sept O6 - he was charged PPI - however, he has worked at the same company for 15 years in a senior position, he is comprehensively covered regarding medical and in case of death. Therefore the PPI was of no use to him. If in the unlikely case that the company went bust then the staturtory reduncancy would cover the amount of the loan.
What template letter do I need and what supporting information do I need to send?
Will they take this off of the loan?
Thank you very much sorry if this has been asked a hundred times.
The templates, letters and case studies are all on the top of this forum.
The process is fully explained for you and is relatively simple.
The fact that your husband is fully insured, I presume he was never asked this because if he had been he wouldnt have bothered with the extra PPI, should result in a clear case of misselling and a full refund.
A warning my PPI cliam is with the ombusman so will follow your case closely. Barclays Dublin dont just turn over apprently.
If I have been of any use to you in my response please click my scales.

Still trying to find the correct letter for this one and also for Egg!!!
Other thing I have looked into his bank and see that he has been paying overdraft protection which also looks like PPI, anyone have anythoughts about this - this should be quite clear cut as he ahs been with the same bank for 16 years the same amount of time that he has been employed by the same company!
