Advice please,

1. What would happen if I don't pay it?

If you don't answer your door each time they call then the case is eventually handed back to the authority that originally issued the ticket.

2. As its over a year since the date of the ticket, does this help me?

I don't think so, but someone else might know better.

3. What can they LEGALLY take if they can't have the car?

If you open your door to a bailiff and he puts his foot into the aperture stopping you from closing it, then its said the bailiff had gained entry to your home peacefully. bailiffs call this crossing the threshold. Once peaceful entry is made, they can take anything they think is yours. They aren't interested in household goods and consumer electronics, they just want the money, car or goods of monetary value.

If you keep all windows and doors locked then the parking ticket will probably come to nothing. Many tickets usually do.

You have said JBW is collecting a fine, is JBW pretending to collecting a fine and its just a parking ticket? or has a magistrate or judge sentenced you to pay a fine. Theres a big difference between a penalty charge and a fine, and if the former is true then JBW is committing a criminal offence under Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006.
