Virgin Medias charges.
Taken me a while to get round to this one.
Have been thinking for a while to finish with Virgin Media.
Had not really noticed their 5.00 charge for not paying by direct debit- believe it is called Payment handling charge.
Also their 10.00 Late payment fees.
They seem to hand over accounts to DCAs very quickly as well.
These charges add up to 15.00 a month to some accounts-Cant be right.
Anybody out there taken them to task over this or has any advice about where to start because i will have a go with them. Thanks Tawnyowl.
