Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
They clearly don't have the cca so does that mean that the debt is unenforcable? If so then should I send them a letter saying that I am aware that it is so until they find the cca??
They have got a bloody cheek because the cheque wasn't even enclosed in fact i have a feeling that they have already cashed it!!! I will check my online banking now.
I did have a chuckle to myself on that one too! At least they can admit they haven't got it. Unlike Moorcrap who haven't bothered to reply! I'm stopping their payment too now as they are out of the time frame. Great thing was I saw the a**hole who doorstepped me the other week coming out of his house so I now know where HE lives and should he decide to knock my door again I must just mention it!
