    They have to supply you the info.

    You have made the request and by law they have to comply.

    If they have opted to send you the £1.00 back it there tuff luck.

    You can stop payment after 12+2 days if you want.

    Then watch them squirm back to you.

    They clearly don't have the cca so does that mean that the debt is unenforcable? If so then should I send them a letter saying that I am aware that it is so until they find the cca??
    They have got a bloody cheek because the cheque wasn't even enclosed in fact i have a feeling that they have already cashed it!!! I will check my online banking now.

    No CCA

    No right to collect.


    Keep that letter and stop payment if you wish.

    Don't bother telling them they know the law.

    One less to worry about.

    I did have a chuckle to myself on that one too! At least they can admit they haven't got it. Unlike Moorcrap who haven't bothered to reply! I'm stopping their payment too now as they are out of the time frame. Great thing was I saw the a**hole who doorstepped me the other week coming out of his house so I now know where HE lives and should he decide to knock my door again I must just mention it!
