Can anyone explain to me how I go about claiming back some charges I have had taken from my account for returned Direct Debits. Only had two charges of £20 but I was told it was possible to claim them back?
have you tried ringing the bank,they may return them it is worth a try,if you don't have any joy that way you will need to send a SAR if you don't already have your
statements,have a read of the step by step guide.
