Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everybody! I am very new to this and hopefully some of you will help me along the way? Just posted my letter to Bank of Scotland (HBOS) asking for my statements. I think i could be looking at possibly £2000+ in charges etc but we will have to wait and see! Any help along the way will be greatly appreciated.
HI J
Make yourself comfy and make a 'v's post under Bank of Scotland so you can get the best feedback and advise from other Bank of Scotland users. This also helps other users find your thread and share the advice given.
have a browse at the Q&A sticky on the main page they have much information in them and good luck!!
Thanks guys! I have sent my request for statements recorded delivery to my branch. I take it that is who i send to? Sorry the questions i ask may sound simple but just want to make sure i do everything the right way.

Hi and welcome to the gang. What you need to do now is start a thread in the BOS forum call it Jayker1979 v Bank of Scotland. this way it gives you a blog of what and when you sent letters etc and also gives you excess to the support of other users and CAG team members if you should need it.
