    Default Moosetea vs RBS PPI

Were just starting out and im looking for advise. My girlfriend has a loan with RBSicon, and i believe she has been miss-sold LoanGurad PPIicon, multiple times.

The initial loan was for £9k in £9540 in 2005
This was extended to 12k in 2006

When she was going to cancel her overdrafticon, the staff said they could reduce her loan and she should go in... It turns out they were going to extend the loan by another couple of years and the interest rate was higher! We went prepared and i recorded the entire meeting/attempt at selling....

anyway, i believe she has been missold PPI twice. My girlfriend isnt elligable for jobseakers allowance, as she is a foriegn national on a visa, so should could have never used the insurance.

What steps should we take, we have only just found out she had PPI, and we havent even cancelled yet!

    Thanks
