Hi guys; I've seen a post somewhere containing excellent guidance on how to approach banks to request refund without waiting for the outcome of the OFT case due to severe financial hardship. I've sat here looking for it for ages- can't find it! This site has now grown so much! Besides, I became somewhat rusty on a penalty charges front.
