I have a loan with Halifax (silly of me i know that now).
Im currently in the process of trying to reclaim the PPI that they mis sold me.
Im at the stage now where all my attempts by letter have failed, I have now passed it to the financial ombudsmon to investigate.
My problem is this, halifax have now sent the debt over to their solictors blair oliver scott even tho the account is in legal dispute and being investigated by the omnudsmon.
Any advice on how to proceed will be very welcome.
and also what to do if they send me to court.
Hi.
You say all previous letters have failed.
Exactly what have you put in these letters so far.
If you are just being nice, they will bounce you off the walls.
You need to follow the proven method.
As for the court question, if you ask in the debt collection forum HERE you will get the best response.

I Wish you everything you wish yourself.
