    Red face Can i claim??

    Hi .
    I just want to know if i have a possible claim, I had a Monument CC and all through that time i was paying PPIicon monthly, recently due to Debt problems i called and asked if i could take a payment break as i had been paying for it all this time but when the forms arrived it was clear from the start that i would not be able to use this as i was already out of work, i had stated this fact when applying for the card as iam registered disabled and iam living on Benifits and they knew this all along but still they recommended that i get the PPI and me being stupid and nieve:-? i accepted this,since then i have called in a debt advice agency and have lumped together my debts and iam paying them all off monthly can i still claim or is it too late? also after i was sent the forms and realised i could not claim i cancelled the PPI but i was paying it for about 5-6 years.

    Sounds like misselling, when did you take out the agreement, and what type of loan are we talking about. Have a good read through the PPIicon stickies as you will find loads of useful information.

    On another issue - can you please tone down your font as it is a bot hard on the eyes at this time of night.
