Re: HFC fined for PPI misselling - game over for them!!
How about this one
I have an account with Lloyds, a classic visa which i got into trouble with.
I wrote to them after calculating all my charges, it was then i noticed that i had been charged PPI over the course of me using the card.
I have NEVER applied for PPI, on any form of credit i have always refused. I NEVER signed for it or anything.
I told TSB this and they flat out deny it, they say they sold it me in good faith. I asked them to produce the agreement to say i had signed up for it (it's a seperate form as it is a seperate product) They won't!!!
What do i do now? I have told them i want my charges back but also want the PPI payments as i never requested it.
In my eyes they have broken the Law as this constitutes fraud to me
