Please help. I was parked on a single yellow line within the permitted time for loading for less than 10 minutes. When i returned the car was towed away and i had to pay £250 release fee. The time on the ticket is 13:56 and the time of removal was 13:58.
On the ticket the the words are "date of notice" not date of issues.
Does this apply with the Act?
Has the Local Authority breached my human rights by removing my car when a fine would have been sufficient?
